From the beginning of our studies, we considered that a worker cannot be productive in manual work if he does not have an equitable ... They lived in forest camps providing a clean bedroom, dining rooms with electricity, space for recreation with a television and possibilities for games during leisure hours. They had good food, prepared by a trained cook in a clean kitchen with a gas cooker and oven.
